I. YOUR COLLECTION SELECTION

We have spent hours creating a beautiful selection of thoughtful designs to include in our Collections. Please view them all and chose the suite that best suits your wedding and style. You are able to choose your printing method, fonts, ink color, paper selection, envelope colors and any embellishments you would like to add. You may mix and match different suites and bridge them with the same selection of fonts. Please keep in mind that the production process is 6-8 weeks for this Collection due to the handmade nature of the paper selections. 



II. PLACING YOUR ORDER

Once we have an idea of what you are looking for, we will create an estimate for you to review. Once you approve your estimate we will send you an invoice for your deposit as well as a link to your portal. Here you will be able to access all your documents and proofs in one place. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin the design process with the final balance due once we send to press. After we have received your deposit and signed contract we will upload your timeline to review. The timeline will keep us on track throughout the process. Please keep in mind, if you are late responding per the timeline it may delay your ship date. I will also send you some sample documents to help with your choice of wording for your pieces. We will ask you to fill out a questionnaire to give us all your wording for your invitation and other pieces so we can get started on your designs.

III. DESIGN

Once we have all the information from you we will design your invitation. Papertree will send you a proofs of your selected design to review. This will include a digital mockup with envelope options and any embellishments you have chosen.

IV. PROOFING & FINAL APPROVAL

We ask that you proof your invitation suite and then proof it again. If there are any final changes we will update them and then move onto the final approval. Once you are madly in love with your invitation suite we are ready for printing! We will ask you to approve your proof by signing it and submitting it to us. It is VERY IMPORTANT to proofread all the pieces in your suite. We are not responsible for any errors after the suite is approved and in production. We will also send you a final invoice at this time. Once we are all set we will ask for the remaining balance that is due and send your invitation off for final printing. The Collection production time
is about 6-8 weeks due to the nature of the handmade paper selections. We can accommodate a minimal amount of rush orders for an additional fee.

V. DELIVERY

When your order is complete we will send you an email with tracking information. We ship with a signature required (this is an important box of goodies!). If you would prefer to waive the signature request we will send you a form to sign and are not responsible for any issues that arise if a box is stolen. We do offer assembly and mailing services as well. Please let us know this in the beginning of the process so we can make sure to add you to our production calendar.
