COLLECTION SUITES
I. MAKE YOUR SELECTION
Review the suites within our collection and choose the suite that suits you best. Select your embellishments and any add-ons.

II. PURCHASE & WORDING
Add your items to your cart. Once you place your order you will receive an email with a link to a detailed form to fill out within a portal. Here you will choose your font pairing, pattern choices and wording.
III. DESIGN
Once we have received your wording and final choices we will begin your design. All proofs will be reviewed within your portal and you can access them anytime. You will submit your feedback and if you have revisions we will send you an updated proof. You have 3 rounds of revisions included in your package.
IV. FINAL APPROVAL
Once you are madly in love with your invitation suite we are ready for printing! We will ask you to approve your proof by signing it and submitting it to us. It is VERY IMPORTANT to proofread all the pieces in your suite. We are not responsible for any errors after the suite is approved and in production. We will also send you a final invoice at this time. Once we are all set we will ask for the remaining balance that is due and send your invitation off for final printing. Standard flat printing takes 2-4 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks for assembly. Specialty printing takes 4-6 weeks plus an additional 2 weeks for assembly.
V. DELIVERY
Once your order is complete we will send you an email with tracking information. We ship with a signature required (this is an important box of goodies!). If you would prefer to waive the signature request we will send you a form to sign and are not responsible for any issues that arise if a box is stolen. We do offer assembly and mailing services as well. Please let us know this in the beginning of the process so we can make sure to add you to our production calendar.
