ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
After you place your order you will get an email from us within 24 hours (note: we are closed on Sunday + Monday). Here you will receive an initial questionnaire to fill out to choose your wording and color options. Once we receive the questionnaire from you we will begin working on your proof. You will receive your proofs via PDF within 5 business days. We include 1 revision in your order so please let us know if you have any changes. It is VERY important that proofs are carefully checked over before proceeding to print, as we are not able to offer any revisions once it has been approved.
Depending on the printing method chosen, order fulfillment takes 4-6 weeks and an extra 2 weeks for assembly. Some rush orders are available, please contact us before purchasing your suite.
WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO SHIP
Once your order is complete we will send you an email with tracking information. We ship with a signature required (this is an important box of goodies!). If you would prefer to waive the signature request we will send you a form to sign and are not responsible if a box is stolen or does not arrive via FedEx. Please make sure you mention this in your initial questionnaire.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please email email@example.com and include your order number. Any item that is not custom designed may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Items that have custom design elements may not be returned. Please note that we recommend against using your own artwork for quality reasons and a refund will not be issued if you are unhappy with the final product if your own artwork is used. If a mistake be made on our part, we will reprint or provide a credit for the misprinted piece. If there is an error with the wording and/or design that was approved by the client, the cost of reprinting is the responsibility of the client.
Terms of Service
Papertree Studio offers unique high-quality products. Every order is created and reviewed by a professional designer prior to shipping. We offer many customization options for paper, fonts, colors and envelopes. In addition to our template design, we offer custom design options and the ability to make a template “your own”. If for some reason things change and you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our very best to accommodate you. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact the owner, Christy, at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after receiving your purchase. We will work with you to remedy the issue to the best of our ability. In addition we retain the rights to post your invitations on our website and social media. If there is an issue with us doing so, please let us know when ordering. We will not post your invitation in entirety until after your wedding. Papertree Studio maintains all rights and our designs may never be repurposed or reused.
